Study: Mechanisms of phosphate-solubilizing bacterium mobilizing phosphorus and promoting plant growth
show Abstracthide Abstract
Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) can transform insoluble phosphorus into soluble phosphorus, which reduces the demand for phosphorus fertilizer and promotes the growth of plants, but the understanding of these microecological effects is very limited. The effects of PSB on the structure and functions of tomato rhizosphere microbial community were studied by amplicon sequencing and metagenomic sequencing in this project.
